  • All clients must complete a new client form before I can see you. This will help me to treat you accordingly and also validates my insurance.

  • Please be courteous and give at least 24hrs notice for cancelling preferably 48hrs.. No show or short notice cancellations will be charged full price of treatment and full payment will be needed to rebook any further appointments.

  • After your visit, any problems or concerns please contact me via message/email/WhatsApp within 72hrs otherwise chargeable rates apply.

  • Due to GDPR I only store your details to send reminders, medical history details. If you wish for me to contact you for promotions on treatments you have please email me on nailitred7@gmail.com requesting this.

  • Debit/credit cards, Bank Transfer accepted

  • All I ask for dedication, passion and knowing you want to learn.

  • Please notify if cancelling at least 72hrs before your training date. Less than 72hrs or no show all payments will not be refunded and we can arrange to rebook you on your course. Further course bookings will need to be paid in full.

  • Please read all course information and payment details I send you via email/message for information.

  • No booking of a course will commence until a deposit is made, the remainder of course payment will need to be made 3 weeks prior to course date as there will pre-reading to study before attendance.

  • Debit/Credit Card Deposits of £50 for course £100 or less. Any course over £100 will require £100 deposit

  • Models will need to be provided by yourself, however in some circumstances you can work on other students, yourself or myself..

  • All materials will be provided by myself but any equipment you prefer using must be brought with you.
